Jumping into a Jumpsuit- Here’s how I rock them

Posted on

Jumpsuits are super chic onesies. They are comfortable, relaxed and unique. I love them for their versatility because they can be worn casually and you can dress it up with blazers and heels for a glam look.

I like how it is a complete outfit, like a dress its one and done. They are the perfect alternative to dresses. It is a simple and easy to wear outfit….that is until you have to use the bathroom though😂. But I love them anyway. I have a few and I have worn them with minimal accessories as I wore all of mine casually.

Pink jumpsuit

The fabric is satin and it’s pretty comfortable. I love the belt as it cinches my waist and gives me a more curvy look. It’s got an adjustable band on the legs so you got the option of wearing it shorter or longer.

It has a spaghetti strap that gives it a more feminine look. You may choose to accessorize this jumpsuit with a statement necklace or a jacket, depending on where you are heading. I wore it casually and kept it minimal.

royal blue jumpsuit

For reasons yet unknown, I’m super attracted to this color right now. This piece is a loose fitting cotton fabric that drapes the body gracefully giving it a unique look. Finding the right size is extremely important. You don’t want it too tight so you don’t come off as ’Catwoman’ and it shouldn’t be too loose so you don’t look like ’Barney’.

It has an adjustment band that gives it a chic over shoulder look and a drawstring used to cinch the waist.

How I styled my playsuit/romper

The romper or playsuit is just shorter in length to a jumpsuit. You can throw on some heels but I wore flats with mine. It is off shoulder and though it doesn’t have a belt, its got a firm elastic band. I added a bit of color to mine with multi-colored flat slipper.

Romper: Bar III

Shoes: Vince Camuto

Nothing screams summer like a denim romper. It is casual and chic.

I paired this with an off shoulder chiffon top and flats.

Hmm…the romper…super cute. I’ve always loved them, they are so nice and playful + this one just blends into your skin tone. *The only wahala like you stated, not bathroom friendly. I’ll still wear it though…
